Net grams × the purity factor × the 24K rate you type, then times LTV. 22K is 22/24 of the 24K rate. It is not a pledge valuation.

What is the difference between EMI and bullet?

EMI is monthly reducing, the same formula as the EMI calculator. Bullet charges interest on the full principal each month and the principal is due at the end.
